Kate Hovde

Highlights

Kate is married to Ken, her spouse of 29 years. They have two sons: Noah, now 25, and Joshua, now 19. Kate and her husband live in Philadelphia with their two cats, Linus and Lucy.

Kate has been an independent consultant, focused on education and social policy, for over 20 years. She loves reading, walking, and hiking; cooking and eating with family and friends; going to see theater and hear live music; as well as travel. Many of these activities have been off limits during the pandemic and cancer treatment, and she is looking forward to getting back to them.
