Receiving guidance on oncofertility-related decisions is essential for young women diagnosed with breast cancer. However, many patients report that they do not have the information they need to be proactive about this aspect of their care.
During this free webinar for healthcare providers, Terri Lynn Woodard, MD discusses the importance of assessing infertility risk in young women with breast cancer, options for fertility and family building, and strategies for supporting patients in their decision-making. You will also learn about access barriers and where you can find resources and tools to help you support your patients.
Dr. Woodard also discusses how COVID-19 is affecting oncofertility care and what it means for you and your patients.
Please note that nursing contact hours and social work continuing education credits are only available to people who participated in the live webinar on June 3, 2020.
