Frequently asked questions

How do I watch the conference sessions?

To access the keynote session streams, click on the button for the session you wish to watch from the list above and you will be redirected to YouTube. The session will begin at the time indicated in the bottom left corner of the video screen. Click “notify me” in the bottom left corner to receive a notification when the livestream begins.

If the session has begun and you are still having trouble viewing the session try checking your internet connection and refreshing your web browser.

I missed the live conference; can I still watch the sessions?

Recordings of each keynote session will be available immediately after the live session ends. To access the recording, click on the session from the list above and you will be redirected to the recording on YouTube.

How do I participate in the YouTube live chat?

A group chat will be available while a session is live and will be closed once the session ends. On most screens, the chat is located to the right of the livestream video. Click the open text field, type your message, and press enter.

The first time you access a livestream on YouTube, you will need to sign in to a Google Account in order to participate in the chat. To do this click “sign in to chat” located at the bottom of the chat box, then enter your Gmail address, followed by your password. If you do not have a Gmail account, you can create one by clicking “create account” in the bottom right corner of the Gmail login screen. Learn more at How to create a Google Account.

How do I ask a question?

You can submit questions to speakers during the live sessions by texting to the phone number: 267-416-0460. A session moderator will review all submitted questions and ask select questions of the speaker. Please frame your questions in a general manner as speakers are unable to give personalized medical advice.
