Monica is an experienced development and communications professional who is passionate about helping organizations convert their mission from an idea into ongoing action. With more than 20 years of development and leadership experience across the nonprofit sector, Monica gets excited to collaborate with others, build out a plan, and implement a vision to achieve results.
Monica's ideal day includes traveling someplace new with her husband, exploring off-the-beaten path spots with no destination in mind, enjoying delicious meals (especially brunch), and learning how to row on the Schulkyll River.
Getting to know our donors is the most inspirational part of my job. I am honored that so many people share their personal story with me and others, and want to lift others up so that no one feels alone or uninformed.
