She was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer in 2009 at the age of 46. While she was in active treatment, she attended LBBC's fall conference and was drawn to the empowering nature of the organization's mission. She became an LBBC Helpline volunteer in 2011. After her diagnosis, Lynn made a career change and in 2012 joined the LBBC staff. In 2015 she was honored by LBBC with the Going Beyond Award.
Lynn's interests include holistic wellness and spiritual exploration. She lives with her husband and fur babies in the Philadelphia area.
What inspires me most is having the opportunity to meet amazing, kind, and inspiring individuals who choose to share their passion and dedication with LBBC. Knowing that the work we do at LBBC supports others through breast cancer diagnosis.
