Donna is executive chairwoman and CEO of Matilda Jane Clothing, a children’s and women’s e-commerce and direct sales company, in Fort Myers, Florida. She is CEO and founder of DNC Retail Advisors; Donna’s leadership experience includes roles at Pier 1, White House Black Market, and other companies. Her skills range from marketing and merchandising to rebranding and strategic planning, as well as cause marketing.
Donna has been an active fundraiser for Living Beyond Breast Cancer; she feels strongly that no one should face breast cancer alone. In 2015 she received LBBC’s Founders Award, our highest honor, in recognition of the longstanding support she has offered to LBBC and the people we serve.
As a board member, Donna hopes to continue to help LBBC grow its reach, enabling more people diagnosed with breast cancer – and their families – to benefit from LBBC’s resources. As a past and current member of several boards, including Haygain, an equine health company, Donna is a champion for women’s professional development and success.
