Just as the pandemic began, Brandi retired from the University of Pittsburgh's Greensburg campus as the Director of Financial Aid in 2020, where she enjoyed assisting students in securing funding for their higher education. She finds joy in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and kayaking, but she also enjoys reading and assembling puzzles. Brandi is always enthusiastic about participating in various activities.

I would like to change the perspective from we are dying from a terminal disease to we are LIVING WITH a terminal disease. We can live with MBC. It may not be the life story we envisioned or dreamed about; but, we are given this chance to create a new life story.
