Aimee Hoch, MSW, LSW, OSW-C, FACCC, is a financial navigator for the Cancer Program at Grand View Health where she created and implemented the financial navigation program in 2018.
Financial navigators help patients and their families optimize their insurance coverage for care, assist with accessing support resources, and provide interdisciplinary communication to ensure coordination across the patient’s care team.
Since establishing her role at Grand View Health, Ms. Hoch has performed speaking and consulting engagements to raise awareness of financial navigators in cancer care and develop at network for the speciality. Committed to treating financial toxicity, she shares her expertise in financial navigation to develop resources and a network to raise awareness of this emerging field.
Aimee also consults for the Cancer Support Community Helpline as a financial navigation specialist. She is an active member and fellow of the Association of Cancer Care Center’s Financial Advocacy Network Advisory Committee and Initiatives Task Force, and a member of the CancerX Moonshot 2024 Mentor Cohort.
