Thriving Together: 2025 Conference on Metastatic Breast Cancer is a national conference that reaches a global audience. The conference welcomes individuals living with metastatic breast cancer, their families, caregivers, and healthcare providers from all over the country and beyond. By participating you can showcase products while connecting and supporting hundreds of people living with a metastatic breast cancer diagnosis and their caregivers. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and space is limited, so send in your application today!

Exhibitor Fees

Exhibit with LBBC and receive the benefit of connecting face-to-face with the attendees to share your products and services.

Non-profit partner with revenues $2 million and under: $425

Non-profit partner with revenues over $2 million: $675

Small business (revenue under $500,000): $1,025

Exhibitor benefits include:

  • One exhibitor booth (one 6 ft. table with 2 chairs in the conference exhibit space)
  • 2 complimentary registrations for representatives to host exhibit table, attend the conference and participate in all conference related activities.
  • Listing as an exhibitor on LBBC.org conference web pages with live link to exhibitor’s website
  • Listing in the conference program (available as a PDF for download and printed version on-site for attendees)

Please note exhibitors are responsible for all costs of exhibiting such as shipping to and from the conference hotel as well as any hotel and travel expenses.

Dates & times to note

Exhibitor application deadline: February 14, 2025

Exhibitor set-up: Saturday, March 8, 7:00 – 8:15 a.m.

Dismantling of Exhibits: Saturday, March 8, 4:30 p.m.

The dismantling of exhibits, which includes packing of literature, is NOT permitted until the official end of day on Saturday, March 8, at 4:30 p.m., unless otherwise approved by LBBC prior to the day of the conference.

Selling

To assist you in maximizing your investment, exhibitors are permitted to sell their products/services in the exhibit area. The exchange of checks, credit cards, and cash for a product or service is permitted. LBBC is not responsible for any monetary exchange. LBBC requires exhibitors to engage in a “soft sell” approach in the exhibit hall. “Hard sale tactics” are not permitted. Exhibitors are responsible for purchasing electricity, internet access or other equipment required to operate payment processing technology, laptops, etc., from the hotel separately.

Continental breakfast and lunch are included with the 2 complimentary registrations for your on-site exhibitor representatives.

Giveaways & drawings

All exhibitor giveaways and drawings are the responsibility of each exhibitor and not the responsibility of LBBC. Vendors are responsible for conducting drawings from their tables only and distributing prizes to the winners. LBBC will not provide materials for the drawings and will not announce winner's names.

How to apply

Apply to be an exhibitor at Thriving Together: 2025 Conference on Metastatic Breast Cancer by completing our online application form. If your organization is approved, you will be emailed an invoice and exhibitor instructions. An approval letter does not hold a booth for your organization. A space will not be held for your organization until payment is received.
