Jessica Rose, DO is double board certified in general surgery and plastic surgery and fellowship trained in reconstructive microsurgery. Dr. Rose’s clinical expertise is in breast reconstruction and microsurgery, and she performs a variety of plastic surgery procedures.
A graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine, Dr. Rose subsequently completed a residency in general surgery at the University of Arizona. She then completed a second residency in plastic surgery at Houston Methodist Hospital, followed by a fellowship in reconstructive microsurgery at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Prior to returning to Penn Medicine, she was in private practice in Houston, Texas. She has authored many peer-reviewed publications and book chapters on these and other topics and made presentations at both national and regional conferences.
